VoIP monitor or VQManger ?

Hi,

we have OpManager v8, with VoIP monitor ...
But, i can't configure it ...
My routers have proper IOS version ...

I read some about VQmanger ...
This is not plug-in ?
How can I configure VoIP monitor in OpManager ?
