How do you avoid Password Conflicts on VNC accounts?  Since build 12100, " VNC passwords have to be added as an account under the respective resources."  The issue is the VNC account is not a local account on the machine, so can't be verified.  There's no way to flag that this "local" account isn't actually a local account, so now every VNC account shows as "Password not in sync".
