Hi All,

 

We have a strange issue where the status on a VMHost is not clearing.

 

There was an alarm triggered which set the status to Critical relating to the HTTPS Web connection failing (I do not have the exact message).

 

The alarm has cleared however but the status remains as critical.

I have checked the child VMs and there are no other alarms (someone suggested on this forum that a child VM could potentially cascade the Critical status to the host?).

 

I have had this issue before and it was solved by removing the VMHost and Re-adding it.

This is a huge pain to do and if there is something I am missing to correct this issue I would rather do that! :P

 

We are running OpManager 8.8 (Build 8812).
