VM info, Services, and some other info are not displaying after discover a VM

VM info, Services, and some other info are not displaying after discover a VM

Hello
vCenter is added but for every VM that is newly created, information is incomplete. but when we add that vm manually as a separate machine it shows complete data. WMI monitors are working after discovery buy snmp is only working when manually added.
vcenter and VM are ping by name and IP and there is no DNS issue.
what is the problem?
