Virtual Machine monitor
Hi Guys,
We recently converted one of our servers into a Virtual environment and since then the monitor is always coming up as being down as it cannot ping the server. Although if i ping the server from the monitoring server it comes up fine and find it via IP and DNS. The virtual machine is located on the applications manager server as well. Any ideas?
Details are as follows:
Host OS (applications manager server): Windows 2003 Ent Server
Vm software: Vmware server 2.0
Virtual machine: Windows 2000 server using WMI (i have tried SNMP as well)
