Is it possible to use the same ManageEngine for different views?
Problem
I want to use the software for our Helpdesk whereby clients can log there request and I want to use the same ManageEngine whereby the testers can log request for our developers?
Reason
I want to keep both these request seperate as not to obscure the stats and reports but yet want to track both within ManageEngine
