Viewing requests for a specific requestor

Hello,

I am currently evaluating the use of Service Desk Plus at our company. One of the areas that we have a question on is the ability for a technician to view all of the requests for a specific requestor.

When working with a requestor, it is helpful to be able to see all of the requests or issues the requestor has reported in the past.
