Viewing items by Requestor

I am currently evaluating your excellent product.
As a Technician is it possible to view in one place all the items (requests, assets, etc) for a particular Requestor (similar to if I logged in as that Requestor)?
On the same theme, when logging in as a Requestor, I cannot see all the assets assigned to me the Requestor. Is this possible? If not, this ability would be of particular advantage when asking Requestors to return items as they could simply log in an see exactly what those items would be.
