We have a monitoring system where we can add web URLs. These URLs are displayed on our monitoring screens, which automatically cycle through different pages so our team can keep an eye on them.
We would like to add a ServiceDesk Plus Cloud dashboard to this monitoring system.
However, because the monitoring system uses an iframe/X-Frame to display the pages, ServiceDesk Plus Cloud blocks this functionality. If I understand correctly, there is currently no workaround for this due to the 'security' restrictions.
- Embedding warning: This site allows embedding only from the same origin (X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN).
Would it be possible to provide a dashboard option that can be accessed through a direct link without requiring a login? Ideally, this would be a read-only dashboard intended for display purposes, where users cannot interact with or modify the graphs and widgets. (or something like that)
This would allow us to display the dashboard on our monitoring screens without requiring an interactive login session.
If such an option is available, or if there is another recommended way to achieve this, we would appreciate it if you could let us know.
