Viewing actions

When I creat an email action with more than one email address to recieve the alert that action will not show up in the view actions tab but it does how ever show up in the configure alerts tab as an action I can select. This only happens when I make an action that has more than one address to recieve the alert. Single address show up. Since the multiple address actions do not show up in the Actions tab I cannot edit or delete them if needed.
