View patch jobs or configurations from other technicians

View patch jobs or configurations from other technicians

We have a technician that has configured and running a patch job.  Other technicians who are logged in are not able to view the patch job(s) or view the status of running patch jobs.  

We are looking under the 'Configurations' tab and then selecting 'Created by All'.  

Also on the 'Home' tab there is a 'Configuration Summary Report'.  Can that also be made to reflect all Configurations instead of just the logged in technician?
