View Logged in Users
HI,
Is there a way to view who is currently logged into Service Desk? I'd like to know when a regular user and or admin is logged into the system. I think this would be helpful if we need to perform maintenance on the server or update the service desk software itself.
I have the following version and build number:
Version : 4.1.0
Build Number : 4105
