view headers of message
I sometimes get reports from users about issues with e-mails. They do not forward the entire e-mail just the body. And I do not get to view the e-mails headers and the source IP address for troubleshooting.
Is there a way i can search for the headers of an e-mail by searching for a user and the timestamp?
