View enhancement in Requests

Hello SDP Team,

I have a suggestion for an enhancement that I believe would significantly improve our accessibility 

I propose adding a pin option to the information panel on the right-hand side of the request view. This would allow the ticket details (like the ticket number, status, and other key information) to remain fixed while we scroll through the conversation or other content.

This enhancement would make it much easier to read the ticket's history while simultaneously taking action using the options on the right side.

I've attached a screenshot to illustrate this idea.
