View Endpoint Central logs for a device
I've come to ManageEngine Endpoint Central after using SOTI MobiControl for the last 8 years and there is a feature I miss dearly. I suspect what I'm looking for is available somewhere however I've not been able to locate it.
On a particular device, lets call it "pc1" within MobiControl there was a device history. I was able to see power on/off times, MobiControl server connection/disconnection times, and also MobiControl user logon/logoff times. It also tracked and functions performed on the device from MobiControl. I've attached a screenshot I found online of the kind of logs I'm thinking of.
The closest thing I can see in Endpoint Central (at least the install I am using) is a combination of the info across the top, I can see "Last Boot Time" and in the "History" section I can see the "Audit History" which only shows software installs/uninstalls.
It would be very helpful to be able to see:
- Who and when someone remotely connected to a device.
- Remote Endpoint Central commands that have been sent such as "Remote Control", "Shutdown", "Restart", "Patch Scan", "Asset Scan", etc.
- Device power on/off times
- Device connect/disconnect from Endpoint Central times (we use a vpn for connections so these would show if a device is dropping on or off the vpn)
