view desktop - Not Working
Hi,
I am a new user to ManageEngine and have created my server and connected one device.
I can see the device and audit SW and HW and display announcements.
However, when I go to remove control, I can connect to the device but when I select View Desktop it flashes Loading and then goes back to view Desktop again without displaying any messages or screens.
any ideas
