How can I view all reports, including those created by other users? With SD administrator rights, I see only the records, that I have created myself.

The problem is that someone had created a report for an employee who is now discharged and continuously receive notification that the message can not be delivered.

is it possible to view all existing reports through SQL query, with a note which employee created it?
