I did the update to version 9.3 Build 9309 and when a technician Close the request have error : Sorry an error has Occurred ( Unknown error occurred while processing your request).
I apply the solution below but not work :

Could you please login to the application server, perform the following procedures and update me the status,
1. stop the application service.
2. go to the location viz. C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\applications.
Rename the folder "extracted" as "extracted_old" from the above location.
3. Then go to the location C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\server\default and delete the folder tmp and work.
Rename the folder "log" as "log_old".
4. Start the application services and verify with the application.
If the issue persist, kindly provide me the support file from the community/support tab for further analysis regarding it.
