Version 7003 has been released and the list of issues fixed in this update are
# Html formatting not maintained while replying to a request # Users not listed in alpha order while creating a CAB # Clicking delete workstation in list view throws an alert with "Undefined" as value in French language # Left side links are missing for the first time when logging in with a language other than english. # Unable to edit request using inline edit [Professional and Standard edition only] # PO which is sent as attachment as pdf to a Owner/Vendor is missing when one more attachment is added # HomePage : Link is coming in place of module Name in Task List View Page # Administrator does not have the privilege to approve a PO # Problems with State as Resolved are not coming under Problems with Completed Reports # People search dialog does not close after selecting user if user has been global searched # Requests : Js error when asset is made mandatory in request form customizer # I cann't able to delete backup file in the sheduled backup # Asset Relationship is not shown has been fixed.
You can download the service pack from the link below :
1. Shut down ServiceDesk Plus Server. 2. Run the script UpdateManager.bat (UpdateManager.sh for Linux) in the <ServiceDesk_Plus_Home>/bin folder. This opens the Update Manager tool. 3. Click "Browse" to select the Service Pack file (AdventNet_ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_<Version No>_0_0_SP-x_0.ppm file that you had downloaded) and then click "Install...". 4. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the Service Pack / Hotfix. 5. Once the upgrade is complete, start ServiceDesk Plus Server.
