Version 7 HTML Carnage !!!URGENT!!

Every email we get in with formatting gives the HTML Code. When the Support Representitive gets the message it also contains the code.

Hi CUSTOMER INFO

I'm trying to print a map out
of CUSTOMER INFO onto a specific printer so that I can print in A3 in colour -
however, every time I try and change the settings it reverts back to another
printer and prints in A4 in B&W - can you find out from CUSTOMER INFO how I can
change these printer settings
