Version 7 and Cisco 2811
Thank you for releasing OpManager ver 7. It looks promising.
The first problem I faced today was when trying to add Cisco 2811 routers. I scanned a subnet that has 4 Cisco 2811 routers and all 4 routers were detected in the scan results. I have imported the routers but only 3 of them appeared in the Routers Infrastructure Snapshot. I tried to add the router manually and got the message that device was successfully added but still does not appear in any of the infrastructure views.
Any idea what could be causing this particular router to dislike OpManager : )
