Thumbs up for version 7.9! I just installed it and I see some nice features. Especially the timesheet option. This was something I was manually trying to do with reports and such, but wasn't this extended. Great work.
Also the idea of billable requests is a good one (we did this by placing BILL in front of the issue title).

But ofcourse I have some remarks.
1) I have found that some of the filters occasionally don't work. Initially it works, but when you switch to page 2 often all filters are lost (especially in FireFox, but I also experienced it in Internet Explorer). That is a pity
2) The totals are now calculated per page and not per account or support rep. So I manually have to add times to make them correct.
3) It would be nice if there would be a sort option (sort highest to lowest, lowest to highest)
4) The option for scheduled requests is very nice, But the only thing that would make it even nicer is an option to also add time entries. We do certain functions on daily basis and now we can schedule the requests, but we manually have to add time entries and close the request. Automate time entries would be a very nice option.
