Where Can I set sign instead of $
Requests:
When creating a quick request located on the left hand side of the email, I click on add requestor. This opens a new tab with requestor list. When I select the required requestor, the tab goes blank and doesnt close. I have to close it manually. The requestor name does propogate to the requestors name field on the previous tab.
When I create a request it takes the time that the request is being created. In some cases I will fix a fault and then add it to servicedesk for historical and job logging purposes. However to put the actual date and time for when the date was raised; I have to create the job then ammend the job setting the correct time.
Can I not just have a date & time field that I can select at the initial point of making the request.
Reminders:
I dont seem to be able to set reminders for other technicians, just a task. If I took a message whilst one of my colleagues was out for lunch, I dont really want to create a task for them, just to say that fred phoned.
Purchasing:
When completing a PO request, you have to write the address of delivery and billing out each time. But hold on didnt I enter in the address against the company? Yes.
Why can I not select that address from a drop down list?
Or if I have multiple sites, why can I not input and select the address against that site. This would save time.
Software:
For me to add licenses to ServiceDesk I have to go through the Purchase procedure. For me to raise a PO, I have to add the product to the product list (associated with a vendor), but then it asks me to select from the managed software list.
This list is generated by a network scan and then changing the properties of the software type to managed.
But if I havent bought it yet or installed it how can I add it to the managed software list. If I cant insert it into the managed software list without installing it, how can I raise a PO.
In which case how can I add a product against a vendor and then raise PO, receive it, add the license against it, then install it and allocate the license to the machine it has been installed onto.
