I need to verify if a user is choosing to postpone patching of their laptop or not receiving the notification. We have laptop patching configured to allow the user to postpone patches for two weeks after patches are approved for installation. After that, the laptop is forced to patch. Two users are stating they are not receiving notifications during the first two weeks. They are stating that they are only aware of the required patches during the week that it is forced to install. Other laptop users are being notified correctly during the first two weeks. How am I able to verify that these users are receiving notifications during the first two weeks and if they choose to postpone the patching.
