Vendor - Additional Fields?
Nowadays is quite common to have online account with vendor who offers purchases though their e-commerce site so we have to keep details about it. There usually couple of phones that you need to know (account manager direct, 800, technical support). I don't think anybody cares about fax numbers anymore at least not IT guys.
