VBScript or JavaScript

I would like to write a script and upload to <AppManager_Home>/working/. I am just wondering if VBscript or JavaSscript is supported by OpApp (apart from batch files and shell scripts)? The main ojective of the script is to invoke certain applications when particular URL is monitored. Is this possible? Thank you.
