I'm on the template "E-mail technician when note attached to a Request."  The default subject is "A note has been added to Request Id ##$RequestId##", I'm attempting to change that to "$NoteMadeBy added a note to RequestID #$RequestId".  When I get the email however it's not replacing $NoteMadeBy with the value.

 

Any ideas?
