v7503 - Copy Default Site Settings or Groups Does NOT Work

I want to copy a list of technician from a default site group, to all sites.

EXAMPLE

1. CLICK .... Groups -> "Users/Groups For" = Default Settings
I have example of 5 x �Technicians Interested�.

2. CLICK .... Groups -> "Users/Groups For" = �Example Site�
I have example of 0 x �Technicians Interested�.

I want to copy settings, so ALL sites have 5 Technicians Interested.

TO COPY, I CLICK,
Sites -> Example Site -> �Copy Default Settings�.

THIS FEATURE IS BROKEN FOR ME.

To Check,

CLICK .... Groups -> �Users � Groups For� -> �Example Site�

Available Technicians and Technicians Interested has not changed !
