v14103 "Reply All" function doesn't send copy of ME reply to system email.

Hi,

After upgrade to v14103 we see that "Reply All" button doesn't include ME SDP system email to the conversation and replies only to Requester, CC'ed personnel or manually added recipients. 

Our Technicians track requests not only in ME but in Outlook as well and want to have copy of the ME replies inside system mailbox too.
For example our ME SDP operates via email help@mydomain.com. Since version 940x it was always 2nd email in the list of recipients after Requester's email when Technician was starting to reply.
Then you separated "Reply" and "Reply All" buttons.
OK we got it.

Now neither "Reply" nor "Reply All" don't have this option by default anymore.
Technicians need to manually add system email to CC field which is annoying after 5 years of working with another ME SDP behavior.
I think it is related to SD-107304 when you left only recipients listed in initial request.

How to make "send copy to system email" an optional for clients who want it and disable for others? Or how to make BCC field be autofilled with system email?
