UUID Error when adding multiple ESXi Servers to VMware Add-On

UUID Error when adding multiple ESXi Servers to VMware Add-On

Hello,
 
We use the Dell C6100 Servers. They are basically 4 Servers in one 2u Chassis. When adding each "sled" into OPM (VMware Addon), I can only add the first "sled". All subsequent sleds get the error below:
 
UUID of ESX Host HOSTNAME matches with UUID of already existing ESX Host HOSTNAME. Any ideas why? There aren't any duplicate servers involved.
