I'm wondering if anybody has experience utilizing Manage Engine to upgrade their Papercut software? We would like to do 1 version upgrade (from 25 to 26) and am wondering if Manage Engine can successfully perform this. I think there's a lot of clients with the Papercut system, but it is quite a service impact if the upgrade is not successful and the system is down.
