Is it possible to add a request via API with a custom trigger (or anything else) on a Professional edition?
On the on-premise, we have Deluge in all editions, and it is easy to do so.
In the cloud version, the Professional Edition doesn't have Deluge custom functions or integration keys.
I'd like to add a new incident whenever some additional field on a request has some value. Is it possible?
