Using Task Template in Incident Templates
In creating Incident Templates, you can add tasks that are related to the incident resolution. However the created tasks in the task template cannot be used. We have to create the same tasks when we create incident templates.
It will be better if we can select tasks from the existing task templates in creating incident templates so we won't have to redo the tasks which we have already created in task template
