Using Request workflows, add checklists to Requests/Incidents based on set conditions.

When on-boarding a new staff member, we have to set the user up on different services based on the department or team they will be a part of.

It would be beneficial if we could set up a workflow to add a checklist (per department) based on conditions rather than add manually (which can be forgotten) or through the request template.

This is just one use case but i believe this could be a useful feature for a lot of other menial tasks.
