Hi Guys,

 

I am attempting to install OpManager version 7 (as that is the version we previously bought) but do not want to use My SQL as we already have a MSSQL infrastructure in place. My current prediciment is how do I install this product and get it to use an MSSQL instance as I have kept getting errors when attempting to do this?

 

The error I get is:

 

Host name is invalid or not reachable

 

I have assigned a user so opmanager can create DB on that instance and I am able to ping that instance from that computer also.

 

I am unsure of what to do to get opmanager to work
