How can I turn off the encoding of the text that I send, either through the Request API or the Solutions Knowledgebase?
Let's say I have a request that was created that has an HTML table. The problem is, when I send over <td>, ServiceDesk turns it into <td>. One would think, you can escape it by using <td>, but then the encoding will turn it into &lt;td&gt;.
Is there a way to turn off encoding when sending a request, or adding a solutions article?
