Using email templates for ticket generation
Hi everyone, I am looking into how to use formatted emails sent from staff to automatically create tickets with assigned tasks.
For example for a new user request, a staff member opens the email template, fills in the required information, and send it. The email is picked up and parsed into a ticket in this case labelled New User Request and prefills fields and tasks based on the information parsed from the email.
Any help would be appreciated.
