Can DC be used to deploy manually downloaded patches to machines in the LAN?

I have a network that can't and won't touch the internet.

Win7/2008r2 machines

I have successfully remote installed agents on all machines.

If I can't install patches I have manually downloaded from MS Catalog, is there a way to use another machine that can touch the internet with DC, choose the appropriate patches, then transfer the appropriate files to DC on the offline machine and remote install from there?

I only need to install MS patches (msu and .net exe files), Adobe Reader updates, and McAfee Antivirus dats.I understand that DC might not work with McAfee.

This seems like this should be extremely easy but I have no solution.
