Users unable to do work for all domains
We have ADManager Plus installed and we are working on getting everything configured. We have noticed a small issue in our minds. When one of our Helpdesk users logs in and goes to reset say a user's password they can only reset for users that are in the same domain as their account. We have a Parent and child domain for which a Helpdesk user needs to be able to do work on. We do not want to have to create seperate accounts in each domain for them to use. We want say their main Parent domain account to take advantage of both of the accounts that are configured for the domains and be able to set passwords and other attributes for users that reside in both domains.
