Dear support,

we are looking for more roles features, currently the SDguest is locked and we can't edit the permissions for the defaults role requesters.

also we are looking for new roles for requester for example:

1- delegation permission for approval

2- reply and reply to all permissions with cc and bcc options

3- adding note with mentions all users with request or specific user

4- Share request with other user

5- remove reminder tab , checklists tab, time elapsed analysis tab

6- remove asset section from view

7- remove responded time, due by date, response due date, template,SLA, Assets belonging to the user section from print preview

8- adding approval section stages with all actions on print preview

9- adding logo, instance name on print preview.

10- nice to have export request to pdf with formatting layout of information/ contents.

- permission to make forms / template public to let users submit forms without login
