Users questions - Viewable Info and Importing Users
1) I was wondering if there was a way now or in a future release for someone to simply view certain information, maybe in a Business View, from OpManager without having to use up license on him or her. They wouldn't need to change anything, just view what's happening on the network.
2) Are there plans for OpManager to be able to import users from Active Directory, like in ServiceDesk, instead of having to manually enter them?
