Assign users to a customer while keeping their user data synced with azure or Zoho directory.

We’ve gone through initial configuration of our Service Desk Plus Cloud MSP instance and imported users from azure and Zoho directory but they are only listed in the base customer instead of the domains matching their email. The requests created by email are routing to the correct customers but the users creating requests aren’t listed in the customer directory. Is there a way to move users between customers without exporting and importing a csv? If we export and import users using a csv, can those users continue to sync from azure and Zoho directory?

Our goal is to have new users for our 3 customers added and updated automatically and user information from the individual customers azure tenants as the source. When we spoke with support, their answer was that only one azure tenant could be synced with the entire instance. Our instance will have 3 different customers tickets that need to be on different customers with their directories synced and verified. I looked through the setup and verified the domain for our first customer following the directions listed in the contextual guides. After importing users, the users are only in the base customer instead of the customer with the matching domain.
