Users added through LDAP prompted for password reset

Since a week or two, users added through LDAP are asked to reset their password while this is neither setup through our Active Directory nor through Servicedesk Plus. 

When trying to change the password when asked, it keeps going back to the screen to change the password. After a few tries of deleting cookies etc., the message goes away and the user can login normally again. 

In the version history (https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/on-premises/readme.htmlit) it appears as if this issue had been fixed with the latest update (13008) so we updated our application, but the problem still persists.
