Hi,

we haven't got around to changing the default username and password from the system default.  We can get into the application but can't run reports.  This is the built-in admin account and preset password.  We can still see the text on the logon page stating ' Note:This box will disappear once you change the admin password.Default password is "admin". So we are certain that we are still using the system username and password to log in.  I have tried resetting the password, using 'admin' as the old one, but this doesn't work.  I am told that my 'old password' is incorrect.

Have you any ideas?
