User wants filter and approve tickets
Hi, one of our customers, which has a web site in our SDP-MSP server and a personal user with "account" permissions, wants to manage the tickets of others users in order to filter and approve only some of these to the technicians (me)
In that possible? Or he needs to be a tecnicians aswell? Or.. any idea?
