User Template has a hard-coded Description for each template but doesn't enter into Local AD

So I have a hard-coded description in each of my individual templates (340 of them) but when we test with one of them, the description doesn't get entered into the AD user object's description field and my "Single User Creation' comes back with an error of 80072030. Which I found out is the below error code.  So my first question is in the description field is there a way or can it be added that you can use %TEMPLATENAME% in the description field of the new user creation, so that the description that is entered in our Local AD gets set to exactly what we named the template name so I don't have to fill this out, and also why isn't this writing?

I know in some of the reporting fields you can use like %TIMESTAMP% to automatically time-stamp the report name, so the functionality already exists.
