When I create a user template that should NOT contain Domain Users, and should only contain a group called FTPUsers, it allows me to create the template with no problem.  I have to add FTPUsers to the template, mark it as primary, THEN I can remove Domain Users.

 

I do this, and the template look correct.

 

However, when I try to use the template, it still puts Domain Users in the list.
