Two things, both of which I'm guessing are more enhancement requests than actual questions...
Is there any way for a read-only user to modify the widgets on their dashboard? When logged in with a "Full control" user, I get 3 icons in the corner of each widget - refresh, edit, and close. When logging in with a read-only user, the only icon visible is the refresh one (displayed in the images below). I would like to be able to set up a couple read-only users with a different dashboard view than our normal default one, but can't find any way to change it. I can see the point of this if it's intentional, as it is a read only profile, but if nothing else, I'd like some way to modify so that it can display more useful information to the users.
Secondly, is it possible to change a user from a read-only user to a full control? That would be an acceptable workaround to my previous question. If I could switch the accounts to full control while I configure their dashboards and then switch them back, that would get me past the biggest stumbling point. I would prefer them to be able to modify their dashboard in the long term as well, though.
