I am working to create a user Modification template for our retired employees.  The mandate has come down that no employee will EVER have their email account deleted.

So far the group stripping works great and moving to a different OU works too.

Is there a way to migrate the user from one Exchange Mailbox database to another using the user modification template?  The exchange server and database fields are greyed out not able to be modified

We have a "retired employees" email database that has a smaller quota and some other restrictions on it, and we would like to be able to use the template to change them from their current mail database to this one.
