My company is now planning to use Service Desk moving forward so I am doing some testing with it and the general setup. When I try to import users from a CSV file, only a few of them work and all of the rest fail. The Excel file with errors that is generated after has the error "User Import failed" as the error for every user.
The only comparison I see for the 1% of users that actually imported is that none of them have an email address. Thoughts on why having an email address causes the user imports to fail?
Don't know if this is helpful, but the email addresses are on a domain that's not the same as the one the Service Desk service is set up on.
